STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE WITH SCREENSHOTS:

Once logged-in and on your account page. Scroll below the HTML code to the "Customizations" section of the page. Your first step is to enter the URL of your website into the box. Next, use the drop-down menu to choose which of the 5 widget tools you'd like to use on your site.

Your next option is to choose whether or not to add renovation ideas into your widget from our partner Realm Home. Based on available data, Realm presents the three most relevant renovation options for the property being searched.

Please note, although data is not available in all markets across the US, selecting "Yes" will display renovation options if available. If they aren't, no data will appear with the eppraisal Valuation presented to the user as shown here.

Your next choice is to show or hide mortgage information. If you choose yes, you can either enter the URL of your mortgage partner into the space provided or leave the URL blank. By leaving it blank, eppraisal will provide a link to our mortgage rate table. Selecting "no" will provide no mortgage information.

Next, if you provide your phone number, eppraisal will send you a text when the widget collects a lead for you.

Your last option is to add messaging for a text message to be sent to the client who's filling out the lead information.

And finally, after making updates, remember to hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the "Customizations" section.

(QUICK TIP - Upload your HTML Code only once) Once you've uploaded the HTML code to your website, you can go back to the dashboard and change/update any customizations you'd like at any time. The new changes will automatically update once you hit the "Save" button at the bottom of customizations page. There is no need to change out or add new code to your management platform.
